Paula Wright is highly creative and results-driven non-profit management professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive, and vision, Paula Wright started a non-profit organization in July 2012 by the name of Here’s Help Workforce and Community Development Corporation to assist women who are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Through partnership, she is a provider with the Department of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, assisting individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, and encouraging peer mentoring.


Her mission is to educate the public and provide job training for those in need. She hopes to find and maintain employment for individuals and provide a second chance to improve, enhance, and maintain their employment skills to make a difference for themselves as well as their families. She aims to further educate individuals to have success in the employment field of their choice to provide for their families. Here’s Help Workforce and Community Development Corporation regards itself as a leader in customer service and is a healthy and successful company that has developed strong relationships with loyal customers.


Paula Wright has 20 years of successful experience providing fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership in uniquely challenging situations. She provides job training and development to women of domestic violence, human trafficking, individuals with disabilities, and senior citizens in MS Word and provides employment. She also provides a Peer Mentoring Program for High School Students with Disabilities to help them learn how to self-advocate for the social and professional support needed to effectively transition into postsecondary training, education, and employment.


She promotes events that assist the community through Here’s Help Workforce and Community Development Corporation. A dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in a high-paced organization, she utilizes keen analysis and insights and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implement best practices. With superior interpersonal skills, she is capable of resolving multiple and complex (human resources, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance.


She oversees all finances, business development, marketing, production, human resources, and administrative affairs with a strong work ethic and irreproachable integrity. She is respected as a proponent of empowerment and accountability, characterized as a visionary, with a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth and operational performance, strategy, execution, and leadership. She managed, oversaw, and directed six (6) teachers on employee policies and procedures in the Church and Daycare Center, handling an average of 140 children from 4 months to Second Grade.


She conducted research on donors and foundation companies for funding, resulting in 114 funding sources for Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center. Ms. Wright also distributes food to the community every second and fourth Saturday of every month and provides clothing for employment purposes. She was awarded the Plaque of Recognition, which was presented by Former Vice Mayor Lisa C. Davis of Miami Gardens, FL. She was also awarded the 2019 W.O.W. (Women of Worth) in Business, which was presented by Rev. Dr. Carol Lester-Nash & Bethel Apostolic Temple. She is also a member of the NAACP


Ms. Paula Wright continues to host events such as Annual Tea Parties, where all proceeds go to assist women of domestic violence, human trafficking, and individuals with disabilities. Ms. Wright tragically lost two sons to gun violence in 2018. She started a foundation, “Pollydore and Wright Foundation,” to educate the community on Gun Violence Awareness. Ms. Wright opened a medical clinic in 2024, “Magdalene Community Clinic,” with the purpose of assisting low-income families in need of medical attention and medical insurance. Patients will receive grocery bags of food items and personal hygiene products as needed.
